New York Film Festival is a branding project that redefines a film festival spirit to promote contemporary New York cinema. Inspired by Sundance Film Festival’s branding, I decided to infuse more theater vibe into the NYFF branding by symbolizing two key elements of the movie projector. A beam of light (element one) must shine light through a moving film coming out of a film roll (element two).
